Hyperspree

I ordered goods, when the delivery date passed, i enquired and was told that the delivery vehicle was hijacked, they then said they will secure stock, i was told that stock has been secured but they could not give me a delivery date, i then requested a refund, that date has also passed, i have no goods, no refund and i am opening a case of *****, their physical address does not exist and they can only be contacted via email and whatsapp, no phone lines or help desk, go google hyperspree and **** and see for yourself what pops up in similar experiences
