Worst Service Delivery I have experienced Ever... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

The worst company to place an order with.

I placed an order on the 14/11/2018 for a pair of full-face snorkels as I would like to use them on my December Holiday and up until today 10/12/2018 no delivery 18 work days.

There is also no number to phone and that means this type of bad service happens a lot and they are running a ****. I need a call and or a refund by COB today.
