Worst Service delivery Ever!

Worst service EVER!!!! No contact details on their website or on their emails that is sent. I have been trying to cancel a order placed and paid but no option on the website to cancel and the person emailing me is giving vague answers. "Your order will be delivered this week so she can't cancel - I can refuse acceptance of the order which will cancel the order' Ridiculous!!!
