Worst Online Store

Hyperli is the worst online store i have ever had to deal with and i would not even recommend anyone to waste their money on them.

1st we bough a travel voucher to "Vaal Dam: 2-Night stay including cruise for up to four at Vaal Privé Holiday Resort - 2-Night stay for four including boat cruise" and on the date (2 - 4 Feb '24) we were planning to go we were told they will be full for that weekend and we should rather move to another date. We requested to have a date for the 16 - 18 Feb '24 about 2-3 days later and was told the units for Hyperli are FINISHED!!!

I requested a refund which was done however what irritates the most is they don't really refund you, they give you a voucher that YOU CAN ONLY USE ON HYPERLI! How convenient, now my money is licked in with their bad service.

Placed an order with that voucher on the 8th Feb and it said delivery takes about 5-10 business days, its been over 12 business days and there is not way you can track your order or even get an answer from the website about your order. I still have credit in the voucher its depressing.
