Worst Customer service

I ordered goods online, they couldn't deliver the goods ordered i waited the longest and when i contacted them they issued a voucher

I placed a order for 5xl jacket, it arrived small i normally wear a size 2 or 3xl, yet the 5xl doesn't fit!
