Worst customer service

I purchased two spa dates vouchers on Hyperli on the 8th and 9th of November, I’ve only received one and would like a refund of the other one since the date I needed it has passed, The second voucher seems to have disappeared and doesn’t exist but I have proof that I’ve paid for it… I haven’t been able to get assistance from Hyperli at all… I really want my money back
