Worst customer service !!

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered a heater on the 28th of June 2023, today is the 14th of July and the order is still not received. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and they shift blame and place it on the courier company and when you track the order, it has not left their warehouse.

They lack customer service big time. I have never waited for more than 14 days for an order to be delivered.

Will never order from them again!!
