WORSE SERVIVCE

Hyperpli is the worse company ever. I bought a stove under the impression that it was a hob and oven . I paid R3799 including the delivery. I later realized it was just the hob and it was just too expensive. I cancelled the order before receiving it. I spoke to Naureen and she told me my money will be refunded into my account now they giving me a voucher, i dont not need a voucher, i still need to buy a stove for my house. Am really disappointed in their service and the worse they dont have a contact number you can call. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR WEBSITE.
