Worse 60 Min Body Massage booked (Prudance Malindisa )

I would like someone’s assistance regarding the below matter.

25th of December 2017 , my now fiance bought me a full- body massage voucher on Hyperli (special running for R180 60- minute full body). I was extremely excited!! I knew I had a birthday coming up on the 13th of February 2018 and kept it for the 12th of February 2018 as I always apply for annul leave for those two days (12th and 13th of February 2018).

30th of January 2018, I made contact with the spa via email and telephone . This email was me booking the 12th of February 2018 at 11h00. 12 days in advance,

On my arrival, I had to wait outside. I called the woman I had spoken to via email and over the telephone Prudance Malindisa Her response was : “ She had forgotten about me” Is it possible for me to wait 3 hours for her to get there or can we re-boook?

(I was not going to stand and wait a day before my birthday for 3 hours and wait for me. I booked this treatment 12 days prior to this date of the treatment)

16th of February 2018, Prudance Malindisa emailed me offering me a extra treatment with my 60- minute full body massage. I rep**** with the date I would like to come (24th February 2018 at 12h00)

21st February 2018, Prudance Malindisa rep**** via email asking me if it’s possible for us to change the times to 09h30 or 13h00.

1. I feel like this level of service is disgusting. 2. As a consumer I have been treated horribly and it’s for a service that we have paid for, it isn’t for free 3. I have communicated with Prudance Malindisa that I would like the full amount reversed to me reasons, the first day I came 12th of February 2018 she forgot about me, I drove my petrol out to come and stand and wait for no one. 4. And when I book a date she wants to tell me what time is suitable for her.

Can one please assist me with a way forward. Right now, I don’t even want her or whomever assists with providing the massage to touch my body .
