Women's loose woolen coat
I purchased coats on the 13th April 2024. It was stated takes 12 - 14 working days to deliver. I enquired at 12 days no response today is 15 working days no response to emails and there is no contact number to directly contact them.

05 May 2024, 09:21I received a email from tashreeq stating that order is delayed after previous emails were ignored. I was told there is a delay by suppliers of the item being delivered no time frame has being given and reason I bought it was for the winter which has now officially started. Requested a refund and have gotten no feedback so is my money lost how do I get it back. They are the most useless place to order from as they take your money and no communication thereafter. I am waiting 15 working days how can they take customers money without communication
