Where's my redund???

I order a mini ups from them and paid for the order. After quering that it did not show up on my orders page, Ganeefa ensured me that it was ordered and would be delivered. A few days later, I receive an email saying the product is no longer available and I would receive store credit. I had requested a cash refund as that money was reserved for a UPS and I need to get another one. She requested my bank details and one I submitted it. I have not heard from them again or received my refund! I email, there's no response. I used to be a regular customer at Hyperli. Now i will never trust them or recommend them!
