What you buy is not what you get - give them your money at your own risk
Hyperli is advertising false promotions to secure customers' money and then change the terms after the fact. I bought a voucher for a beef burger from Sugar Hotel via Hyperli. When I went to the restaurant to redeem the voucher, the item was entirely different from what was described on the menu or pictured in the voucher (it was essentially not much more than a roll and patty). After posting an initial review on Hellopeter, Ganeefa from Hyperli quickly responded with screenshots of how the deal contained fine print that states that all sides are excluded. Upon checking the original voucher again (fortunately I saved a pdf copy), it is clear that these extra terms did not previously exist and that it was added to the website and the coupon after the fact - with all traces of the original terms erased. In my view it is highly ********* to amend the terms like this only after securing a customer's money and selling a promise which is clearly not true.
Once again, we are terribly sorry for the experience you had when redeeming your voucher. As mentioned previously, the added clause was not intended to change the terms and conditions of the deal, but rather to clarify what was included/excluded from the deal - no information was removed.
