What an amazing person - Nureen!

Hi, I bought a GPS watch a few months ago for my child on Hyperli. After less than 1 month of use the watch strap broke off. I was disappointed but then dealt with Nureen @ Hyperli.

I sent their contact centre an email and it nearly felt like Nureen was there "waiting for me to email" as in all nearly 10 email interactions, she responded speedily. Always making me feel at ease as "she had it all in control".

I won't say what she did in end, as can create expectations from other - but I just really think she made so super impressed about Hyperli!! Nureen deserves a MASSIVE pat on the back (at least!)
