Warm Support

I had made a purchase from a spa, from Hyperli website. After realising that the dates offered were not suitable for us, we had to cancel the voucher and ask for a refund.I had a a few challenges with using the refund. I was assisted by Khanya, who was very patient and walked me through how to use the wallet etc. Her support was refreshing and gave me confidence with purchasing online, especially using Hyperli. I will now keep using Hyperli to purchase anything knowing that their support team is always here to assist in a short space of time.
