Waiting for refund!

starting to lose my trust and patience with Hyperli - I have been a customer for YEARS and I recently bought a voucher that I need refunded. its been well over 48 hours and I have yet to receive a response to my emails and tickets created. I don't see this company lasting long with amount of terrible reviews and services received.
