vouchers not redeemable

I purchased Vouchers from Mondial as well as Numetro and all vouchers i cant reclaim, they very cleverly dont have a contact phone so you sit embarrased at the outlet , They claim all is ortedout but we have it happened to us three times aready, but i dont see how this will effect them as it seems they dont care
