Vouchers fine print, not so fine!

Be wary of their fine print. It's very ambiguous and unprofessionally described. When attempting to book, the fine print is then interpreted as best suited to the company. Information was missing, as the same deal was available on Daddy's Deals, which included all information as described by the vendor, unlike Hyperli. Not wanting to accept that they erred, a consultant named Ganeefa continued her argument that Hyperli is correct, even though she could not provide proof of her argument. Add insult to injury, it was then insinuated that I'm the only person that can't understand what the colloquial term used, refers to. A colloquial term that has no set dates to it as well. Yes, they use colloquialism in their fine print. I was told that the fine print didn't need to include defined terms as long as it is a common phrase, ekse. The vendor clarified that the terms and conditions were not correct on the deal and that this was the fault of Hyperli. Call any vendor, confirming availability, prior to buying a Hyperli voucher, it will save you a lot of effort or the best option being: don't buy the voucher off Hyperli!
