voucher reedemed but not service

i bought a voucher for laser stin tag removal on the 24th at Hyperli ...same day i called the Lady using the number on the post ...she ask me to sent her a photo of the tag and the voucher so that she can make a booking ...from the 24th February shes been fully booked i asked her if she can book me for future dated as long as its before the date of voucher expired dated she told me that she will see if these any cancelation if there is she will schedule me in ..she told me she travels a lot and that shes very busy and she can only gives me an appointment closer today when i checked on the website as i felt that she doesnt value her customer.... boom the voucher has been reedem i cannot request for refund .....what must i do the voucher expire may ...i dont need her services and more she doesnot know what shes doing .
