Very poor service at Constantia hotel midrand

I bought a voucher from Hyperli for 90 minutes massage and one night stay at Constantia hotel.i booked and booking was confirmed but when I got to the hotel my booking was not recorded on the system and ended up not even getting the massage that I paid for.very poor service
