Useless Support & Supplier - Waste of Money

Placed order with supplier, Something 2 Talk About on 30 May. As of 9 July still no fulfillment. Supplier makes no effort to feedback on progress and constantly does not meet agreed dates without any feedback. Supplier constantly makes excuses for non-fulfillment. Seems like someone trying to make a quick buck from the comfort of their home after buying a cheap printer. Hyperli support is basically a glorified email forwarding service and provides absolutely no value to customers. Definitely a great example of ' you get what you pay for'.
