Unreliable supplier

On the 17th of March I place an order from Hyperli deals and one of the items has never been delivered up to this date. The order number is ORD***. Two items came separately and the third item was never received.

Thanks, I have received a reply already. Apparently I had to report within certain days of the items having been successfully delivered. Because I did not according to you then there's basically nothing you can do. It then left me with a simple solution "NEVER BUY FROM HYPERLI AGAIN"
