Unreliable `business not to be trusted

In December 2018 they adversised attractive pampering packages and I bought two as gifts for my friends. I was sent coupons with this cell phone number for an appointment ********** 208 or email lily@feel pampered.co.za The bussiness adress also appeared on the coupon Since December these people they do noy answer the phone no respond to emails. My firend even went to the adress but there is no bell at the gate. The couposn expires today (3rd March) and I have lot money
