Unhappy Customer with Hyperli

Kindly assist, Ive ordered three items from Hyperli last week.. The service provider can not be reached telephonically. So I had to send emails to query my order. The standard turnaround time for a response is 2 days. They’re not very customer oriented I must say they can hardly respond to queries, never mind to deliver a service. Would definitely not recommend Hyperli to anyone im so hurt and disappointed.
