Unhappy customer

We purchased a R1000 voucher from Hyperli for quad biking with Siyavaya Adventures. We had to cancel due to their lack of professionalism and punctuality. They made us fill out a refund form because they had already redeemed the Hyperli voucher. This occurred in November 2023. We attempted to contact Siyavaya Adventures spoke to Mr Khumalo, but they directed us back to Hyprel. Hyperli has been emailed several times, but we still have not received our refund.
