Unable to redeem vouchers on hyperli.com

I purchased vouchers on hyperli.com. However, when I contacted the service providers to redeem my vouchers, they informed me that they no longer work with hyperli.com. I reached out to hyperli.com in early December, attaching screenshots of the communications. To this day, hyperli.com has not responded to my query. The only communication I receive from them is an unhelpful automated email below:
