****ty service/never use hyperli

Hyperli is honestly the worst, I purchased a voucher and I didn’t receive the voucher. The agent confirmed the voucher was sent to an incorrect email… I then requested for a refund the agent refunded back to my hyperli account which wasn’t what i requested. Fine I didn’t question that though I was angry about it I decided to use the credit and purchase something with it….. even now I haven’t received my order and there’s no communication from them or anything…. The whole experience was a nightmare and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services they very unprofessional and good at inconveniencing customers…
