Total disgusted with the customer service!

I am utterly disgusted with the service as i had sent various mails and a message on the app for help as im not getting any feedback. I have placed an order for a pacel and it was in November and it got delivered damaged. I thereafter requested for replacement in December and my parcel got collected the 2nd of January. I have not heard any feedback from u about my replacement parcel. The reture log process was meant to take 10 days. Its been 50 days. I was told over a month ago that my parcel cannot be tracked and thereafter sent various mails and got no response. This is completely ridiculous that i have to keep sending mails as i am never getting a response from anyone. I am soo upset that i have to now go this route to get attention as a regular customer to this site.
