THE WORST SERVICE- UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

I am very disappointed with HYPERLI, in actual fact I think they are ****ming people and ripping them off! I bought a voucher from them however the contact details were unreachable. I notified HYPERLI and after the 1st purchase I was given a voucher refund - which I used to make another purchase. To my surprise, with the 2nd purchase I still could not reach the contact number provided. When I google the place it showed as "PERMANENTLY CLOSED"! Does HYPERLI NOT CHECK the places which they advertise? I then requested for refund to bank - They came back saying that the transaction was unsuccessful as my banking details are incorrect (of which they were correct). I sent Proof of Account and it has been 7 days since my complaint was logged with them but I still have not received my refund!

What kind of THING is this HYPERLI THING... NO Customer Service Line?

No maaarn! I want my money!
