The porest quality products and worst customer service

I would not recommend anyone buys from this organisation unless it is a voucher. There is certainly no quality control and no customer service. We ordered two cardigan coats Order #561357 was confirmed 19 April 2024 and the cardigans were R189 per piece.

On the 8 May 2023, since we had heard nothing we asked about the order and was told there was a delay- today after much fighting Order #561357: was delivered on the 3 June 2024. It was so disappointing as we were delivered two cardigans of a quality that is so poor that one already has a hole in it. Each time you complain you get this automated notice. It is frustrating to the extreme
