Terrible Service from Hyperli

Good day, everyone.

I purchased a spa voucher from Hyperli on January 29, 2025. In February, I attempted to contact the spa but was unsuccessful. While searching online for an alternative contact number or email address, I came across numerous alarming reviews. These reviews were posted around the same time I was trying to reach the spa, which raised concerns.

As a result, I requested a refund from Hyperli so I could book with a different spa. However, to date, I have received no response from them. I am extremely disappointed, as I had planned to enjoy my spa day on the weekend of March 15, 2025.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Hyperli has no direct email or contact number. I am forced to request callbacks and log tickets repeatedly, yet I still receive no feedback.
