Terrible service

Second time I ordered products from hyperli. Its been almost a month and Im still waiting. I wanted to cancel my products with customer service but they send a robotic script about certain products not able to be cancelled. When policy states cancellarions can be done within a certain period. Im believe they dont have these products in warehouse and order from China as they get payments. This will be my last time supporting this company. They use Buffalo Couriers in China after I demanded a tracking number which they provided 3 days later. Im going on a month with no order. Please dont waste your money on them unless you are willing to wait 2-3 months for producta from China.
