Terrible experience – Never using Hyperli again

I had an awful experience using a voucher from Hyperli. I tried to leave a review about what happened, but they never published it or responded. One of the vouchers was claimed by a salon I never even got to use – I had to send the voucher in advance to make a booking, but the appointment never happened. I reached out to Hyperli multiple times to explain that I didn’t receive the service and asked for help, but I was completely ignored. The lack of customer support and accountability is shocking. I’ll never use their platform again.
