Terrible customer service and response

Terrible customer response time. One of my vouchers had expired and I sent through a request and was assited by Kim. I completed the refund form last week Thursday already and still no response with my voucher code. What the hell is happening? This is terrible service and when she messaged me at 16:49, I responded a minute later and still waiting!!!!
