TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a voucher from hyperli for La Jour Day Spa. The voucher was due to expire on 25 july 2024 however when we went for the treatment on the 25th of July 2024 we had to pay as they could not access the voucher. We requested for a refund from Hyperli but was met with ridiculous excuses
