Suspended Service | False Advertising & Zero Accountability

Very bad service - bought a voucher and the service provider could not render the service suggesting they're closed.

I requested a refund two months ago and still have not received any form of correspondence but the automated replies advising they will respond within 48 hours.

It has been two months and still nothing.
