Spa voucher purchased but not fulfilled by Hyperli- account was charged
Purchased a spa voucher on Hyperli on June the 17th 2023 Received an order confirmation email and notification that I will be emailed as soon as the order is ready.
This is a spa voucher. When trying to Book with the spa they required a QR code that is meant to be supp**** by Hyperli to me.
I have received no further communication pertaining to my purchase. A spa voucher does not require any form of packing or shipment.
It’s almost 2 months later.
I sent a follow up email on the order confirmation and no feedback has been received

Vouchers are usually sent automatically, once payment is made. Are you able to check your Spam folder as well?
