Shoe cabinet from Hyperli - very poor quality

I ordered a shoe storage cupboard from Hyperli which I paid over R2000 for. The product is extremely poor quality. The magnetic closure /push close mechanism have all disconnected to the fixed part they are connected to; no shoes can be stored on the inside shelf of each drawer since these have a small gap at the bottom so the front of the shoes slide into the gap and the drawer cannot be opened or closed. This product cannot be used for the purpose for which it was advertised; is really bad quality for the price charged and a total rip-off. I contacted Hyperli on 17 October and have been in contact with a customer care agent who requested pictures (which I sent). I have had no response from them since 'it was escalated to logistics' and my subsequent mails have all been ignored.
