Shocking service - Dont use Hyperli!! Be warned!

Bought a drone on Hyperli on 23rd November. Its now 16th December and still has not even been shipped yet. Complained and was told that they need 48 hours to respond. I got a response beyond 48 hours saying that they needed just 24 hours to investigate and come back to me with an answer. We are at 72 hours now and still no response. Also bought a voucher from them and their Merchant wont honour the deal. Refuses to answer the phone or whatsapps. They had my items to print on the 3rd December and now has ruined my Christmas present due to non delivery. Can't get Hyperli to respond to this or action my request for a refund.
