SHOCKING SERVICE

I orderd gifts in December and only received 3 of the items, I am still waiting for the 4th item and sent e-mails with no joy, no one even bothers coming back to a person offering a refund for the purchase and worst thing is that everything needs to be done by e-mail as they dont have a contact number so you never know what is happening or if your mail has been attended to. Absolutly shocking service
