Selling faulty goods

<p>I bought a Digitway 20000mAh power pack. I charged it for 12hours however only 2 of the LED lights showed. I tried to charge my 7" tablet from it however the charge in the power pack only charged it 30%. I tried to charge the power pack again and it took 24 hours and again not all the LED lights illuninated.</p> <p>The charge in the power pack did not charge my tablet. </p> <p>I already have a smaller capacity power paack while more than charges my tabley so the power pack purchase from Hyperli must be faulty</p> <p>I emailed customer service advising of the problem and got a totally inadeqaute response advising me how a phone charges from a poper pack but the advise is useless if the power pack DOES NOT CHARGE.</p> <p>My reply email has not be answered.</p> <p> </p>
