I bought 2 tickets(vouchers) on Friday 18/06/2021 for mirage sunset but i decided to cancel it and request a refund yesterday 20/06/2021 but still no refund on my bank account and the voucher is still not cancelled im not sure why is this taking to long because i need this cash urgently can someone please refund me my money back
