rude manager at Uncut/Hyperli

So Saturday the 19th for my niece's birthday and i bought vouchers for food and drinks at Hyperli/Uncut Restaurant. I called the managers number on the voucher and website no one pics up and then we deiced to go and leave my number at the restaurant and told them on the 19th we wanna book a table for a group of 10 people. When we got there on the day and we told the kitchen is closed and there is nothing they can do about it, never contacted us . The manager (Rudi) was very rude to us and told us we were unprofessional we were supposed to send a follow up sms when he didn't take our calls. So now its the other way round you call a store manager and they see your missed call and not return your call and you must send a follow up message as he very busy man. I was very disappointed with the the way Rudi represented Uncut and i want my refund. He has no respect and doesnt know how to deal with the customers. Thanks Rudi/Uncut/Hyperli for ruining our night and my niece's birthday and the petrol we wasted coming to town.
