Robots run Hyperli not humans

If there was an option for zero stars I would pick that. I bought 4 vouchers by mistake because my phone froze and kept proceeding to purchase, I asked for a refund or atleast get credit into my hyperli account.....and let me tell you zero communication, I don't think their contact email works, nor websites thereof. All they do is send me ticket numbers and never respond
