returns/ Refund

I bought Royalties Pot set and quality is bad and not happy. i sent them email to request refund and Nureen sent me faulty email that has not refund form to complete. i sent email three times that their email is not working but no answer from them. only automatic email reply that they will respond to me urgently. i m now stark with new pots that im not happy with which i dont know what to do with it.

Please assist me on getting correct person or contact number to reach the Hyperli company.
