I did have a bad start to ordering through Hyperli, as the parcel was delivered about 10 days post when it was supposed to, and only after having contacted Hyperli. I then also found my parcel was missing parts, so I had to contact Hyperli again. But this is where everything turned around! Ridwa form hyperli support was so efficient and polite about the mishap, and made everything from collection to being refunded, an absolutely painless process! So thank you Ridwa!
