Refusing service AND not refunding!

I purchased a voucher for Manley Wine Lodge - I carefully read all terms and conditions before I bought the voucher to ensure we could use it for the dates we wanted. When I contacted the Lodge the lady confirmed availability and reserved the dates for me - however when I sent her the voucher she suddenly realized it was a festival weekend and refused to allow me to use the voucher. NOTE: the festival weekend were NOT block booked out on the Hyperli offer Suddenly Hyperli updated their site AFTER I complained to include these dates being block booked out - unfortunately for them I had already taken a screenshot of the original offer AND the voucher I received did NOT include these dates as excluded either. I have now been attempting to get Hyperli to refund me for my voucher but they so far have gone silent on me and I have yet to receive a refund. I am contacting the consumer council irrespective now as refusing me a service which I purchased is ******* based on the rules of the consumer act - both by Hyperli and the Lodge.
