Refund with partner handled amazingly

I bought a voucher for 3 countries estate in benoni for my family and we had a terrible time there. The staff besides the manager was friendly. The food was not cooked properly. We sent it back to the kitchen as well. the tomato sauce for the kids contained chilli sauce. I requested a refund and Shameez was very helpful and issued it within 15 minute ot my complaint. I am happy with their customer service.
