Refund request

I purchased a lash deal from hyperli when I contacted the supplier they informed me that the person who does the lashes is on leave and they not sure when she will return they then advised that I should get in touch with hyperli and request for a refund well I did this last week and haven't received any feedback which Is crazy I would like to be contacted or given my refund please
