Refund or Reinstate Expired Spa Voucher due to Lockdown

I have bought a spa voucher and it has since expired due to lock down without getting the opportunity to use the voucher. The most frustrating thing about Hyperli there is no contact numbers or email address to lodge our grievances can someone please get back to me about way forward as its my money i used to pay for the Voucher and its not my fault that there was lock down.
