Refund not refunded - unrealiable and sneaky

Hi I purchased vouchers on the 30 may 2025 I requested a refund on the app as well submitted queries on the 31st of May 2025 till today I have not receive any email or a response for the refund there is no contact number to even call its ridiculous.
